Learning Resource Centre

The Learning Resource Centre is available to all pupils and includes 20 computers, giving ample opportunity for pupils to type up coursework and homeworks or use the internet for research purposes. There is also a large area for quiet study and revision.

Students have access to over 6000 books on a wide range of topics and subjects. These are updated twice a year to ensure that relevant information is available on all curriculum subjects.

The Learning Resource Centre is available to all pupils during lunchtime on a Monday – Juniors Period 6 and Seniors Period 7.

A ‘Homework Club’ is held in the Resource Centre on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30pm -4:30pm. Pupils may use the computers to complete their homeworks or for research purposes and a teacher is always present to assist any pupil requiring additional help.
